Default Another newbie Canuck from Ottawa

Hi there, just bought a 2005 FF-X Shadow Cruiser, 18'9. I've never had any kind of camper before (only tenting). I have towed a stock trailer with my horse in it though. Madly cleaning it out so everything is fresh before I load it up and do a driveway test weekend! Soooo looking forward to camping and travelling with it and my dogs (can't rent one with dogs.. ) I will be for sure seeking lots of tidbits of advice from this forum. I may even park it near my horse for a summer and save on driving out of town!

If you have never done any trailering, you are in for a pleasant surprise – this is much easier than tent camping. (More technical, but not nearly as arduous.) Be sure to ask lots of questions – we were all newbies once, and it is fun for us old-timers to be able to save you from making the mistakes that we have already made!

Welcome, Dogs! (I agree - they rule).

Welcome to the Forum and here's wishing you many safe and fun miles in your new camper!
