Default New trailer

Hi. I bought my Fun Finder trailer in April, 2019, used. I found the manual inadequate. The mechanic that explained it to me talked too fast since he had other trailers and RV’s to get ready. This is my first trailer and I have had to watch a lot of You Tube videos to get more knowledge. It would have been nice to get a DVD explaining everything in detail.

Unfortunately, vague, inadequate owners manuals seem to be the industry standard. Your best bet is to get the model and serial number for each appliance and component on your trailer and then do an internet search for the manuals and download them.

I keep a folder on the trailer with all of the manuals so they are within easy reach when needed. I also have the electronic versions stored on my computer. If you can't find a particular one post back here and it's likely someone will have a copy they can share.

What can I use to remove heavy oxidation from the exterior of my wsk215 front curved panel?

It is my understanding that you can clean and take care of the outside of RV's with the same products that we use on our cars. With that being said, I would use any thing from a light rubbing compound to a heavy rubbing compound that you would use on a car with heavy oxidation. I hope this helps and good luck.

When I purchased my RV I was told that the front cap of my RV could be painted.

I found the best way to get familiar with your camper is to identify every appliance and electronic item by brand and model if possible. Then the internet becomes yours friend as you search and download the manuals for everything from the range to the stereo to the slide. Enjoy and happy camping.
