Default The tent is gone.....

New members here... as of this morning, when we pulled the trigger on an 08 X189FBS.
We have been tenting it for the last 10 years, and we were thinking of the popup upgrade.
But after looking at a few small lite wt. trailers we decided to go that route.
Bathroom (!!!) and no canvas to look after, things that are important
Found ours somewhat local, and will bring it home in the coming weeks.

Super excited to use her...

I did get down and dirty to check the exterior and mostly seemed solid. Small bit of softness on the slide bottom that I'll have to get into... but used it for price determination.
Glad to see this site and the community!

Awesome. My first one was a 189. Made six laps of the country with it, and it was awesome.

Congratulations T Town. I started 'tenting it' in the 60's somewhat because traveling by motorcycle, a small tent was the biggest possible. LOL

Finally, when attending the Annual Sturgis Motorcycle Rally again and tenting it, decided these bones were getting to old for that program.

Over the winter searched the net for an upgrade and in the spring of 2012 purchased my first travel trailer....a new 2012 XT 276 Toy Hauler. Couldn't be more pleased!!
