Default 2005 Fun Finder T189 FBR BUILT !

hello everyone I am ready to start my travel trailer built

I just bought 2005 Fun Finder 189FBR. my plan is to remove everything inside of the trailer and convert into a Tiny home, tested everything as far as lights AC , Fridge, Babroom and everythings works fine.

I want to Start by removing furniture
-Fix front of the trailer and left side (Front window has a leak) side window also has a leak.

The front is soft and left side is also soft so that seem that the wood needs to be replaced

built is to replace the front with aluminum then check the delamination on the sides hopefully nothing big.
the disassemble has began ..

Looks like you've got a good project going. What are you going to use for the front skin?

You might check with places that repair tractor trailer rigs. They usually have 8 ft wide rolls of aluminum that they sell cheaper than rv places.

I had to stop for a couple of days due to the hurricane .

i have continued.. removed the whole front . bathroom

-also bought 2 aluminum white finish for the from $42 each AMD Supply LLC
-will be re-using the trim
-bought the Alpha roof kit .. since the driver side has leak problems so i will be removing the roof rubber.

For the front i will not put back the window since it can lead to future leaks

for some of the delimitation i have on the driver side i'm using west epoxy 105 rasin 206 slow hardener
