Default 214wsd alpha ply delamination

So I've been researching, apparently Alpha ply has a common problem of the glue not bonding the membrane in areas of low pressure (immediately behind the front cap). I feel like this is my problem because my roof is rock solid and if I press the alpha ply it stays in place, there's no leaks cuts or holes. If there's a strong breeze I can see a small rippling where the membrane is not adhered.
The seal on the front cap looks like it's been redone, I believe it was a dealer repair for the original owner. I'm thinking about ripping off the alpha ply, sanding the glue, and spraying spraying the whole thing in LineX rv roof coating. I'm still new to RVing and I'd like to hear some thoughts on my situation and intended course of action?
