Default Cause of Discoloration?

I have a 230DS and over the years it has developed a brown discoloration on the slideouts (2). I have never found any leaks, delamination, bubbles, nothing.

I always check on line prices to see where we stand on the value of our TT and I ran across one for sale with identical problems. By looking at the picture, any idea of what causes this? Is it an issue?
