Default Checking Level On Your Trailer

I am asking what is everyones favorite spot to check the level on your trailer. We leveled on the floor, then checked it on the counter, then on the table and every spot was a different reading. How do I know which spot to believe? We went with the floor, but thought maybe I better check this out! Thanks!!

We have a 2015 RBSS and have been checking it in the floor with no problems. More than likely not 100% level or accurate but I think it's good enough. Just my 2cents

I check mine on the floor, just inside the door. And don't sweat it. It only needs to be close to level for the fridge, and for comfort. In fact some people deliberately adjust it a bit off level so that any water from rain on AC condensation will run off to one corner of the trailer.

I use the little factory bubble level on the front center to check side to side and the factory bubble level on the left forward side to check for front to rear level...as my settings ~ then check the refrig level with a little round bubble level set inside the frig.

IF the frig is close to level, that's it.

I have an infallible technique -- I ask my wife if it feels level to her. If she says yes, that's good enough!

I use two outside mounted levels to get parked.

I then confirm with a level app on my smartphone on a few outside places (tongue, window frames, etc.) However the final say for level is the center of the floor, and the counter around the sink. Experience has told me that a level counter means splashed water is less likely to drip onto the floor, and a level sink means proper draining.

Then, like others, I often adjust a tad to ensure water runs off the "far" corner of the trailer!

Default Leveling

I have the smaller x160 trailer and I put jacks down and 'eyeball' it from a distance. I then take my iPhone as there is a level on compass and test on floor, outside trailer to see if I need to make any minor adjustments. Seems to work good for me.
