Factory assistance ?
Has anyone had ANY luck contacting Cruiser R-V ? I have tried multiple times even using their "official contact page" and I get NOTHING, no response at all. I've tried different departments, including the so-called Parts department. I understand that once you've purchased a travel trailer, your on your own but this is kinda ridiculous. Why do they publish a "contact page" if it doesn't go anywhere? It's not like i'm looking for scary "warrantee service" I'm just inquiring about getting a front cap decal and some fender skirts!

I have had good results contacting them. This summer, while we were resealing our roof, I was able to speak to a person who was pretty helpful, how ever he didn't really have the answers I needed. I'm sorry to say that I don't remember which of their numbers I used, but I was transferred to a man who could give me a general idea of what the company might have been using the year ours was made. The shadow cruiser, fun finder, cruiser RV company has gone through a lot of changes, and records were not well kept, or kept at all.
I can look at the website and see if I recognize what number I called to connect with a person, if it would help.

We puchased a 2013 189FDS (? Something like that) new and I’ve not had any success with them being helpful either. So they don’t even serve thier direct customer. IMO they have terrible customer service. Unfortunately I think it’s a byproduct of thier product. I have had so many issues it’s ridicules. Will never buy from them again, other builders may be just as bad, but Cruiser RV doesn’t deserve my return business.

Yep; I had that exact same problem. I tried twice; leaving a request for parts information. No one called, emailed... nothing. I gave up and resolved the issue on my own.

Back in 2013 I contact them for some parts. They were very helpful and shipped what I needed right out, quickly.
Since then, parts can only be ordered thru a dealer...no more factory direct.
Haven't tried to contact the company since about 2014 or 2015 after I found that out.

Yeah, I guess that "form" they post to contact them is a joke. I tried again (3rd time) about a week ago and this time I checked the "general info" box. Still......nothing. I find it incredible that they think they can run a business this way. We always loved our little Funfinder but I couldn't recommend them anymore due to the complete lack of customer service.

I had no problems contacting them about my 2012 FunFinder back in February of this year. I emailed the parts dept. at 1:46pm on a Monday and received a response five minutes later.

We have a 2014 WSD and one of the cabinet doors in the bedroom cracked. I called them at Cruiser RV/Funfinder and the guy was helpful and said he would ship me a door even with the trailer out of 1 yr warranty, but said the door had to be back ordered. Hard to believe that...since they make the trailers. Anyway...I never did get the door. Called again in a couple of months and he said the parts department messed up and he would get the door to us. Well it never happened...so we are trying gorilla glue now or will not use the door. Cracking at the joint close to the hinges.

Factory assistance
FurFinderTN, That's typical from what I have witnessed with many other Trailer manufacture's as well. If ya finally get thru, they make promises to put you off for a while then completely ignore you after that when you try and follow-up.
I just don't understand how they get away with this kind of customer service and expect to stay in business. Maybe that's why they constantly change ownership. We still love our little trailer and will continue to travel and camp but, we just have to realize that "Once you buy it, you're on your own" and don't expect to get any satisfaction from the Company after the purchase. Kind of a shame when you consider what they cost.
