Default Fun Finder 189FBS slide out question

I just bought my funfinder (rookie), everything works good. I just noticed while my slide out was extended, I was looking underneath and it appears the slide rail is center of unit. It looks like there is a roller on each side of center rail. I noticed that I can see the tracks of the rollers and where the rollers rest when slide out is in, the plywood sheath is cracked and pushed up slightly!? Also when I retract slide out theres a little pop when its fully in?

Just a follow up on my issue. Went to the Dealer and he explained any slide with rollers are going to leave track marks in the plywood (underneath slide). He said to keep it painted and keep an eye on it. It would seem to me that a metal skid plate could be installed for the rollers to ride on when moving slide in and out.
