Default Happijac or electric bed issue

I have a 2012 276 with dual queen beds on electric bed system in the back.

My son lowered the bottom bed on to a chair that pushed up on the bottom lift on the bed. It was wedged in there. Had to remove the bed in that corner to get the chair out

After removing the chair and putting the bed back, the bed motor will no longer run.

I unplugged everything and looked at the switch on the wall and nothing worked. Can't find a local fuse.

Has anyone dealt with these beds and knows likely issue?

I had a situation with my XT 276 regarding the bed not raising or lowering in the garage area.

I checked the switch first, all checked OK.
Checked for power to the motors, all OK.

Couldn't understand why the "chain lift" wouldn't move with power available to motors and no 'electrical burn' smell from the motors.

Upon close inspection of the chain lift mechanism, it was discovered a metal hook from a bungee cord used to secure goods was blocking the chain from movement.

Maybe check the metal track the chain runs in to be assured the chain is free to move.

Just a suggestion.

I don't think that is the issue. I flipped the brake off and the lower bed moved down to the stop point so the chain moved freely.

I am probably going to have to provide power to the motor to see if it runs.

Do you have a manual way to raise the bed?

I see online people refer to a nut facing out on the frame. I dont see that kn my bed frame so not sure how to raise the bed manually.

Did the links provided aid in resolving the issue you had and did you get the problem fixed?

Always nice to learn of the outcome.... ??
