Default Hose carrier

Added a DIY hose carrier made, as most are, from 5" vinyl post and caps.

Very neat! How is it mounted to the trailer -- is there a bumper? Did you use bolts or sheet metal screws?

No bumper. Our '05 T139 is a front kitchen/bath so I have access the the floor area in the back.
It rides on four sections of square aluminium tube. They're bolted thru the floor with stainless carriage bolts, fender washers, locking nuts and 1" x 2" oak reinforcements on the inside.
It turned out actually looking like it belonged there.

Brilliant! The oak stringers will redistribute the load. Well engineered!

Nice job. This was one of the first things I did to our 189FBR. The previous owner carried the hose and other stuff around in an open plastic sink tub stuffed in the storage compartment....yuk.

my t139 has a hose storage built in. it is on the side and is a nice feature. if not, or if we needed a longer hose, I'd copy your good idea!
