Default no battery power

Hi folks... just purchased a 2009 fun finder X and can't get power from the battery to trailer. The battery is charged and we have tried with the pull knob both out and in. Everything works when the trailer is plugged in.Any ideas? Thanks for your help.

Mine has a 30 Amp fuse just outside of the battery box and then an additional 30 Amp fuse right at the junction box on the frame rail (follow the battery leads down from the battery). Maybe one of those is kaput

I had the same issue once. The 30 amp in line fuse just outside the battery box was blown. It took me awhile to find it as it was rather hidden from easy view ... just follow the wire

Thanks for the help! My trailer has one 30 amp fuse and a battery disconnect button.Turns out the previous owner had replaced the battery and connected the wiring incorrectly. For my trailer the two fused wires ( black) go on the positive terminal. The white wire goes on the negative terminal. When the disconnect button is pushed in the battery is disconnected. Works fine now

An easy error to make since the campers are wired like 110/120 volt wiring where ground is white and in 12 volt vehicle wiring, the ground is the black wire. It can be confusing

Glad you got it squared away!
