Default Power jacks 215 wsk

We just brought home our new 215 wsk a month ago. We picked it up from storage this weekend only to discover that one of the back power jacks is not working. We used a multi meter and confirmed there is no power to the jack. All of the fuses are fine.
Is there a manual option for these jacks? Any suggestions on the source of the problem. I'm not optimistic that we'll get in for warranty work before our first trip in a few weeks.

Your unit should have come with all the manuals including the one for your jacks, try tracing the wires and see if you can see a break in the wires or make sure there is power on the wires from the beginnin and the end, if not take it back to the dealer (i asume it is Woodys, since they sell fun finders)

We went through all the manuals, but could not find one for the jacks. I'll be calling Woodys as we traced the wires and could not find the source of the problem.
Any idea who manufactures the jacks? We couldn't find any marking at all.

Not sure , but BAL are the most common ones, there is no name or model # on your jacks? if so check the internet. I know ours are BAL siscor jacks , but we have the manual ones. If not give woody's a call they should be able to tell you what electric jacks are on the FF.

I have the same trailer with the power jacks but have not had any problems. I do know there is a manual option. You pull off the black fronts of jack and then use a hand crank that should have come with your trailer.

Thank you both for your help. I was sure there must be a manual method, but with no manual, I didn't know I was also missing the hand crank. I really appreciate your insight. Prior to the FunFinder, we owned a basic tent trailer.
I'll call Woody's tomorrow when they are open.
Happy Easter.
