Default Replacing A/C on x-160

Can the 11,000 BTU Duotherm Brisk Air in my X-160 be replaced with a different unit with more BTUs and do all rooftop units share the same size hole in the roof?

Most AC units require a 14.25" X 14.25" opening, so yes a higher btu unit should fit.
Does your existing AC not keep the trailer cool?

The current A/C is only blowing warm air. It sat for over 1 1/2 years and I'm not sure if that has anything to do with it. I know many times window units don't work if they sit too long and am wondering if this is the problem. I am having it checked tomorrow morning. I just noticed that most of the replacement units are 12,000 BTU instead of 11,000 and wanted to know whether I can use one of these in the event my unit needs to be replaced. Hopefully it will just be a capacitor or something inexpensive.

I see. If you do have to replace going with a 12K btu unit should be no issue. Hopefully it's just the capacitor,
