Default Shadow Cruiser water pump issue - help?

Coming out of winter dry dock. Our Shadow Cruiser S195WBS has problems with water system. We've replaced the battery (which was bad), checked out the pump (which is good), and the water tank is full. But it only dribbles water to the inside. There's no pressure at the interior sinks or toilet. When the pump is on the battery, water pours out of the street side (exterior) city water inlet. The pump continues to run without building significant pressure and turning off. Do we have some stuck/broken bypass valve or ?? And if that's the problem/solution, where the heck is it located?? It's really tight working space.

Loving the Shadow Cruiser otherwise. Appreciate any expertise in solving this issue - we're 2+ hours from any RV repair place

I remember seeing this on a recent post maybe a month or two ago. There is a one-way valve as part of the city water connection and when they fail the pump will force the water out the connection.

Look up Water tank thread on 5/18/2019. Good luck!

thanks! it was just as code2e described. The city water input fitting check valve had gotten canted off its seat and needed to be re-centered.

Took us 5 minutes to fix (4 minutes of which was looking for a flashlight) and it popped back into place easily. Lesson learned on turning on the water pressure slowly.

We put a pressure regulator on our city water hose to avoid overpowering the components in the trailer. I wonder if that would also protect against the check valve problem??
