Default Squeaky and Noisy around the springs wheels

We have a Shadow Cruiser, S260BHS.
Wow, when I back into the driveway or camping site the trailer
makes all kinds of noise and squeaking around the springs and wheels.
What kind I do to stop all of this ? It's really kind of embarrassing.
Thanks very much for some help.
Bob

A lot of trailers do that, not just yours, it is just because the springs and shackles are dry, but don't oil them, dirt will stick to them and wear out real fast.
