Default Steps, Ramp, or Lift..??

My Wife has had knee replacements ,and now has trouble going up the steps..
A 4in step works for her ..or a ramp..Has any one made a mod or know what to do..??

Maybe something like this:
The StepAboveā„¢ is the Next Generation of RV Steps for Stable and Secure Footing.
Or this:
https://www.torklift.com/rv/glowstep-revolution
Both of these claim to be more stable and each of them has an available hand rail.
