Default Ultra Heat Cable installed on water tank outflow tube

Here is my blog post discussing the hows and whys of this project. Bottom line: I think I may have solved the "frozen water line" problem on our trailer -- the only line that is outside the trailer is the one running from the water tank into the trailer:

We're not gonna be able to wait till autumn for a performance update! So you're just gonna have to hook up and tow to the mountains this week, in the snow, so we can know how well it works now ......

Don't I wish! But there is twenty to forty FEET of snow on the ground up there -- no place to put a trailer at all.

Just kiddin'

Looks like a good job. Low 30's inside would not be too good for us. Especially the Warden, she likes it warm.
Since we don't boondock, we enjoy following your blog. Sorta get to see what we're missin'.
Our area just doesn't have the vast areas that the west has available to boondock. It's here scattered around, but it's harder to find, more crowded and heavily regulated. At least, that's our excuse. It's better than admitting we're plain ol' lazy .....
