Default Xtra 300 - Tongue Jack

This is the first year that we have used our Xtra 300 on 6 different trips.
The performance of the tongue jack has been deteriorating to a point where it completely stopped working.
I am trying to wait to the end of the camping season to take it back to the dealer for warranty adjustments and repairs.

Has anyone with the same trailer had the same problems, and if so, what did you do about it.
Thanks.

Have you checked the wire connections and fuse contacts to be sure they are clean and making good contact?

The wire connections and fuse are OK. Power is getting to the jack.
It makes the same clicking sound when I try to extend and retract the jack.
