Default Towing 189fbr

I just bought a 2009 Nissan frontier se crew cab. It has a 4.0 litre v6 with a towing capacity of 6500 pounds. Am I ok to tow a 189 fbr? It would be mainly longer trips over the interstate. I'm trying to stay at around 1/2 my capacity when loaded so as to put less stress on the vehicle. Thoughts?

Probably, you've got a 3500 lb 'cushion' to handle all of the extras. Here's a link to a calculator that will take into account all of the relevant details.

Obviously, the more info you can input the more accurate your results will be.
