did have a lock on the coupler, MasterLock Gorilla
they broke the coupler

trailer has been recovered trashed and stripped of appliances and RV/personal property/ gear inside. not worth repairing. repair quote more than trailer value.
less than 3 years old.

screwed by the insurance company.

cops no longer do any investigation on RV thefts because of budget cutbacks

Yeah i cant believe how much value i lost in my trailer i bought it brand new it sticker-ed for 19 almost 20 grand i talked the dealer down to 15 well then the next year cruiser comes out with the 18 footer with the slide I wanted to trade mine in for that one but when i talked to the dealers we looked up the NADA on it come to find out after owning the trailer for less then a year it was only worth 7 grand.. and plus they mark down that the A/C awning spare tire, carrier and cover and there was a couple more things were all listed as slandered features but on the window sticker it all that stuff was a OPTIONAL add on and it even shows that those things raised the price from the base price. If i was able to add those items in it would actually bring the value of my trailer up a lot. But with NADA listing all that as STANDERED features on the fun finder x Im just loosing all that money

Default Progressive Insurance

Just went through the lose of our RV (tree fell on it) since the insurance company (PROGRESSIVE) totalled the motorhome. To make a long story short...it took Progressive over 3 weeks to settle the claim. This was a very straight forward claim and it was completely unreasonable that it was not settled within the first few days. Voicemail and emails were never returned promptly and usually took until the next day to be returned. I will say that their final payout was reasonable but the customer service was unacceptable. My recommendation is to look some where else for insurance besides PROGRESSIVE. That's the conclusion I reached.
