I have a brand new, never been slept in or kept outside 2008 Fun Finder 189FBR.
It still smells new and has the plastic on the seats and bed. It has all the options:
A/C and furnace, double door frig and two burner stove.
6 gal DSI water heater
Microwave with hood
15" LCD TV with AM/FM/DVD player.
Outside shower
BBQ grill that attaches to the outside of the camper
Electric jack to lift and lower hitch onto your ball
Awning
Battery and twin propane tanks.
I'm probably forgetting something but would remember if you asked.
Would like to get $14500.00 without weight distribution hitch or $14750 with a brand new hitch.
This camper was only towed five miles before it was put in a storage unit, NEVER been outside or used!!!!
