Default Favorite Recipes for Camping for a somewhat Newbie!

Well, I am not actually a newbie anymore, this will be my third year. We are going on a family camping trip where I will have to cook for 10 people. Cooking for my family is no problem. Cooking for a group is! Does anyone have any really good recipes to cook for a crowd? I don't want to be in the kitchen all day. My husband says oh just hotdogs or hamburgers, but if we all do this, we will get sick of the food real quick. I have three lunches, three breakfasts and three dinners to prepare. Now I am nervous. One, I thought maybe taco salad. Breakfast I can probably handle, but I am stuck for the lunch and dinner. Can anyone help me?

Besides hots dogs and hamburgers for 10 people, maybe a pre-cooked ham you only have to heat up; also hot or cold ham sandwiches; baked beans & ham re-heating is OK; cold roast beef sandwiches w/roast made before hand and chips; a big pot of chile; soup and crackers; beef stew & biscuits, an oven or crock pot casserole...a few thoughts.

Pulled pork sandwiches with coleslaw on them. Easy to prep and keep warm. Like mentioned earlier chilli and fresh buns. Big pot of homemade soup. Spaghetti, lasagna and make it ahead of time and use your oven in your RV or we crush aluminum cans and place it on top of it the grill and your pan on top of the cans and heat up. I have made chicken cacciatore and that was a hit. Also shish ka-bobs on an open fire is always a good idea. Steaks or pork chops cooked on an open fire are also great meal. I cook for Large groups all the time, sometimes 15 people. My immediate family is over 20 people with the kids. I make it as easy as I can for myself. Silverado

Oh yes, I neglected to mention rib eye or T bone steaks on the grill. Get steaks about 1 1/2" thick! We have those every time we take the camper out ... our treat to us!

Only been the wife and I on our trips so works out well.
