Default TT Insurance

All though I didn't do too much insurance shopping, I found the my truck insurance company offered the best coverage and price. $15 a month for full coverage, $200 deductible. Dose this sound in line?

Thanks
Gordon

Default TT Insurance

I added my FF189 to my automobile/truck policy and pay a little more. I think it's $20/mo through Allstate.

Default TT Insurance - question

Is anyone familiar with insurance apart from one's auto policy? My auto policy will not cover our FF because we do not tow it with a personally-owned vehicle. My business auto policy will not cover it because it is not owned by the business. (We tow the trailer using my business-owned pickup.)

By the way, I am not speaking of liabilty coverage, which extends automatically through the TV, but rather of collision and comp coverage.

Also, lest you suggest that I switch tow vehicles, neither my PT Cruiser nor my wife's VW Jetta are suited to towing an X-189...

Default Insurance

I am picking up my 2010 FF189FDS tomorrow. I use Foremost Insurance for the trailer and tow with my business Suburban. I have used foremost for my Teardrop and T@B too. Hope this helps. sbb

Thank you for the tip, sbb! By looking up your insuror online, I found a local agency knowledgable about RV insurance. Wound up with a policy through Progressive, very reasonably priced. Sleeping better now, knowing that it is insured. Thanks!
