Default What are these for?

Fun Finder x210.

The previous owners didn't know what the filter was for. He thought it went into that white clip at the back. Or maybe the clip was added for something else?

And what is the white hose? I clipped the corner off it in the picture. The previous owner had it pushed out of the way with an adjustable bar and we left it that way.

That appears to be where you hook in the water filter. Although it looks like you would need some fittings to adapt it to the fittings in the water line.

Thank you. Actually, there is a connection in the corner out of the picture frame. Those are two different hoses.

So this is a filter for drinking, etc? Not the filter for the water coming into the trailer?

The only time we have used the trailer, we stayed at a campground with horrible smelling water and saw that most people had a filter between the white hose and trailer. I think those were bigger filters though.

Yes, it filters the water to your kitchen sink. I have one I put on the incoming water line which will filter all the water coming in. You probably only need the kitchen since that's the water you cook with & drink. Don't really need to filter the toilet or shower.

Does it filter both from the fresh water tank and the city hookup?

I wouldn't have thought a filter outside the trailer would be necessary either, but showering with that water at that last campground was pretty bad. Luckily, we didn't notice the smell on us after the shower, just during.

I also, have one to put on the incoming water line to filter all water entering the camper. However, in 3 years have never used it as water has always been good at the campgrounds ~ so far.
