Default Thanks for the info!!

I had just purchased a 2008 X230DS and took it out this weekend for the first time. I bought a kill switch for the battery since I heard that its a good way to protect the battery in case you forget to turn off a light or something so I am glad I didn't install it already. I saw the the unit with the pull switch when I was looking at the plumbing under the kitchen sink area but didn't know what it was and now I do.

Great info on this forum!!

Hi Mich,
I looked at this online and it looks nice, but I'm going to wait till it warms a bit more...

Remember, I am an AZ Desert Rat and like it hot...

Copper Harbor is great (especially if you like mountain bikes), but is a bit of a haul to get to. Below is Fort Wilkins State Park, which is an old Army outpost. That's Lake Superior on one side, and Lake Fanny Hooe on the other.

We have a '07 FF X-210 with a similar box in the middle of the front pass-thru storage compartment. I don't recall whether or not the one in ours has any kind of switch on it. Ours is still in "Winter storage" but I'm hoping that it will be coming out for the camping season in the near future . I'll be certain to check it out when I bring it home.

Just saw this. Yes, we will be staying here on Sept. 5th. Thanks for the photos. We have great bike trails by us here in Wellston Mi. It's called the Big M. Have you been here? It used to be a downhill ski area.
