And that is exactly why both dealer in my local area quit carrying Cruiser RV products - slow to respond and didn't pay on their warranty work.

It was always a little tight to open, and even the tech at the dealer couldn't get the screen to slide so I could clean the other part of the window. It just must have been jacked in there a little...

Yup, darn thing just exploded clear out of the blue. I was not trying to open it. Must have been a billion pieces.

Anyway, I had the entire window replaced with what seemed like a better quality...
