I wasn't sure if those wheels would mark the trailer walls. You might want to try it in an inconspicuous spot first.

Removing the decals is probably going to be easiest with a plastic scraper. Normally a razor blade and heat gun work best but would probably damage the trailer wall. Spraying ammonia solution on it...
