Default Model specific owners manual

I just purchased a 2006 Fun Finder X Shadow Cruiser T-240. The seller had no owners manual. I have searched on line and found a generic Cruiser RV O.M. and I downloaded the 2006 Shadow Cruiser Brochure, but I have not found a year/model specific manual. Does anyone have any resources that you can share with me?

Same thing for me & our 2007 160 fun finder. I left a message with the company if they have one.

Does anyone know what the fabric is or the company of the awning?

Tks.

I think all the manufacturer's owner manuals cover their entire line and are very general. Usually they include the manuals from many of the components manufacturers. Little of it is very helpful I have found.

It is the bane of all RV buyers... There are probably a few really highend RVs that have model specific owner's manuals, but, I couldn't name you one. The basic RV is just a box and most manufacturers don't bother with model specific manuals since all the boxes are basically the same. The manuals that do come with the RV new are the manuals for each of the "amenities" that hang on or are installed in that box and manuals for each of those, based on their model numbers, are available from the individual makers; Dometic, Suburban, etc. If you don't have those manuals, then you need to get the model numbers of each of the devices and go to their websites and download those. You can even get axle and brake manuals for maintenance of those. If you are looking for a "model specific manual" that will tell you all about your model and what's included and how they work together? You won't find one.

Thank you, everyone, especially webslave for your response. I will just have to get to work identifying the numerous brand names for specific parts and running down a manual for each. By the way, we just got back from our first "shake down" cruise & things went well. Got a few ideas for some things that I would like to improve. Looking forward to some good times.
