It is interesting reading your posts and decision making process. We bought a x215WSK in January. Replaced all 5 tires with the Goodyear Endurance. The slide out floor needed replacing, finished that. Reset the access door with the Butly tape. Put in a futon couch for now, and put in a new shelf behind the couch. Repaired a short to frame and replaced the converter with a new one. Moved the battery disconnect under the bed storage wall because of the short. We need a new awning fabric also and saw a recent post which should be very helpful. My wife put in a new mattress, shoe rack on the floor at the bottom of the bed, stove top cutting board, and organizing the pantry. We are headed out for a week of camping next week with our camping club.
