Hi everyone, picked up a 2006 189FBR here in Ontario this past week. I noticed some water damage in 2 small sections of the roof. My question is can I not just cut out the rotted portion and put new plywood in from the interior? I definitely will need to reseal the roof as well. The interior other than that is immaculate. There is no AC is well, so I haggled the price from 6700 to 4200 bucks Canadian. Supposedly theres a RV scrapyard in Barrie that has loads of RV parts. Haps its called. Anyone know another place where I can buy second hand parts here in the GTA?
