Hello to everyone.
I've been camping/rv'ing for almost 45 years now. Probably in our last RV. Bought a 2013 22RKBS Viewfinder last year. Love the floor plan. We had sold our Entrega fiver as we stopped full timing and settled down here in beautiful Colorado.
Unit was in pretty good shape. Only immediate problem was the front cap was faded but I've received some suggestions here about what to do to fix it.
I've made some improvements to it like replacing all bulbs with LED's; adding the CW mattress extender; removed the outside kitchen/sink entirely and installed a small 110v refrigerator; replaced the shower head with the Oxygenics type; hard piped a gas line from the furnace to a quick connect in the kitchen so we can use a Big Buddy heater during cold weather;unit already had two 6v Trojan batteries and a small solar panel installed. The controller is broken however so I'll have to figure out what I'm going to do to upgrade the system. I also installed foam boards in all cabinets on the outside walls to reduce heat transfer.
I'm sure there's a few things I forgot but I just love working on the optional stuff in the trailer.....
