This may be a dumb question, how do i work my furnace? My unit doesnt have any manuals.

I see on the a/c, it says optional heat. But turned on that and it blows cold air.

I have the same camper. All you have to do is make sure the gas is on. Give it a few minutes to get through the lines.
Then set your thermostat to higher then the temp in the trailer.
The furnace should self start. You should hear it click and the fan start. It will try to start 3 times if it does not start turn the thermostat down and wait about 5 minutes and give it another shot.
Once it is running set the thermostat to the temp you want.

There is also a switch on the right side of furnace, under fridge inside the camper.
There is also a screw valve on the outside that might be shut when winterized( so a spider doesnt get all the way in ),slot of screw should line up with gas line(left/ right not up/down)

You can get a heat strip for the A/C unit easy install(E-bay)
Its works good, a soft heat with no thermostat control, save propane when pluged in

Default heat

I have the optional heat tape in my ac. Works for slightly chilly but not when you need a good bit of warmth. Definately nice option as mantioned for when have electric for sure and not real cold.
