160 X 2007 CD, DVD, Stereo Manual

For my used 2007 160 I can't find the manual for the stereo, cd dvd, etc.

seems that so kind of alarm with a beep is set and can't figure out how to turn this off.

So if you have a manual or know of a link to the manual that would help.
