Default 2004 Fun finder

We recently bought a 2004, 17' Fun Finder. The owner's manual is very sketchy. Where is the freshwater tank drain valve located?

I have a 2007 X160, and mine is located inside the trailer, right near the freshwater tank.

The freshwater tank on our trailer is under the bed. We checked all around and on it for a valve but couldn't find it. There is a drain that a hose can connect to, on the outside of the trailer, but no evidence of a valve. Thanks.
