On my FF 242BDS it came with the Solara powered awning with integrated speakers in the awning. Not a big fan at this point of them. I like my music and it needs to sound decent. So I am looking to find out if anyone has ever upgraded these speakers in the motor housings of the awning.
We like our music as well, and these speakers are absolutely pathetic...great concept, terrible execution. We have a 2015 242BDS and after just a little over a year of ownership they are shorting out, as are the internal speakers (which I planned to replace anyway). I've haven't been able to find the speaker size to look at replacement options...next step is take the heads apart to see what I have to work with. Let me know if you find anything!
