Default Bought a Fun Finder with a QX-3202DVD unit.....PROBLEM

Hello,

I recently purchased a 2007 Fun Finder X 189FBR. The trailer seems flawless other than one thing...

Our stereo unit which includes a DVD player (Model #QX-3202DVD) isn't working properly. The DVD tray will not open no matter what we do. The previous owner said the tray never opened, but they never got around to bringing it back to the dealer because they didn't use it. I called the Fun Finder main line and spoke to a guy that said it may be a shipping screw that was never removed, BUT I do not see a shipping screw anywhere inside or outside the unit. He suggested that I contact the manufactuer.

From the best I can tell, the manufactuer is Quest, but I cannot locate a contact # or email in the manual or online.

Can anyone help me with a solution or contact? Thanks!

Owning a FF you will quickly learn the the people that work in their factory are some of the most incompetent worker on the face of the earth.
To your problem, I had the same thing when we bought our brand new TT.
You have to remove the unit from the wall to locate the screw that they are talking about.

Thanks.

I did remove the unit and looked for a screw and didn't see one. Where was yours located?

I do not recall which side the screw was on. There was a small tag that said, shipping screw remove. Look closely, it should look kinda out of place. If I remember correctly it was a small hex head screw.
