Default Cable TV????

I'm still new to RVn and getting the hang of all my systems. I have a quick question about the TV cable? I can't get any tv stations on my TV. Wondering if anyone has any idea. I've checked my antenna it is up and connected, so i's wondering if something is loose?

1) is it a digital TV or older analog?

2) If not digital, you'll need a conversion box

3) if it is, are you close to any stations?

Digital signals are weaker and travel in direct paths, so they can be blocked by tall buildings or trees too.

There is an attachment you can buy to hook to the atenna that is supposed to make it get in the digital signal better...by Winegard for around $29. You may need that if you are not close to stations.

If you're connected to cable you don't use the antenna. I mine there is alos an amplifier on the antenna and if thats turned on when using the cable it will interfere with the signal.
