Definitely not good. Needs to be fixed. Start looking at all the caulking.

A general comment about all this is that the importance of keeping water out cannot be overstated. These little homes on wheels are getting shaken, flexed and stressed all the time driving down the road, add to that the sun and changing temps really attack the caulking and seams.
I check literally every inch of seams and around all things ( outside speakers, all openings like antenna, plumbing roof vents, etc ) three or four times a year. Touch up as needed. Water is the enemy of these trailers.

More to point though is, if something "inside the trailer is wet", one needs to figure out where the water is coming from. The title of the thread is "ceiling".
We can almost certainly assume water is coming in thru a leak on the roof or one of the seams up there.
That pretty much means, repairing the damage, and sealing the trailer up correctly.
