Default Cracked Plastic Fenders

Started preping 2013 210UDS, 9 months old, for little trip up north. Noticed both wheel fenders had cracks in the mounting areas around the screws. Upon further inspection, I found that when these were installed they were over torqued which forced the screw head to bury itself approx halfway into the material thickness.
I will say I contacted the dealer about the issue. He wanted a few photos and promptly sent me two new fenders.

Good service.

To bad your selling dealer didn't see/correct the situation BEFORE you picked up your unit.

Default fenders

Same thing just happened to me. New 189fds was okay when I picked it up last November. When I took it out of storage, both fenders were cracked at the same screw hole on each side. Dealer is sending 2 new ones.

Default Cracked Plastic Fenders

Had the same problem on one side, cracked at the mounting screw. It was obvious that the screw was put in too tight. Contacted the dealer and was told it was out of warranty. Then contacted Cruiser and said they new about the problem and sent me a new fender. received it in 3 weeks.
