Angry Cracked Shower Pan X230DS

Has anyone replaced their shower pan? I tried to order one from rvandvansurplus.com but their customer service won't respond and had to file a complaint since they already charged for the part. Anyone else have a fix for this?

If the crack is not too big, JB Weld might do the job -- it's not pretty, but it works. I used it on a crack in a black tank on my first trailer.

We had a Thor Wanderer and the shower pan cracked beyond repair. I contacted the mfr of the pan (I think Thor may have told me who made them) and literally purchased the last one on their shelf. It was no big deal to replace. Mine had screws around the perimeter, then you had to seal everything with caulking. In theory you could use any brand but there are no size/shape standards and they vary a lot from brand to brand. Repair would be my first approach, followed by getting an exact replacement. Beyond that you might need to get a whole shower kit.

Fixing it will depend on the type of plastic it’s made from. If you can identify the material, I’d be easier to provide accurate advice.

Etrailer has a variety of replacements and their customer service is excellent.
