Default electric brakes

my 2008 14' fun finder x has electric brakes, but is there only 1 brake? seems when I apply my slide control to test the brakes, the left side (driver side) raises up. not sure if 1 brake needs replaced or not.

First, I would check to see if all the wires to the wheel backing plate are connected and carry power to the brakes. If that checks out oK, next would be to pull the brake drums and take a look.

A broken wire = no brakes.
