There is an in-line fuse holder not far from the battery box. The fuse may be blown and need replaced.

ALSO -
If like the one on my unit, on the top of the plastic jack head, there is a round plastic plug. It can be pried out easily with a knife or small screwdriver. Below it is a hex nut you can turn with a socket wrench (in my case the same size as the stabilizer jack threaded screw head) to extend the jack stand.

Mine needs the battery disconnect switch engaged in order to operate the jack. I know its kind of basic. But sometimes I remember that right after trying to use it.

Ron, yes I have 'discovered' more than once that I needed to pull out the battery switch to operate the jack.

Also just in case you did not know, the switch also needs to be on for the breakaway switch to work.

Check the inline fuse, the inline ‘connector could also be corroded. Mine had a corroded control switch, head wasn’t as water proof as it appeared to be designed

Basically what's already been said, check the inline fuse and be sure the battery disconnect is pulled out.

I went through the same thing, on my 2015 xt 276 toy hauler, I discovered that the power switch on the panel inside had to be pulled out the on position even when the trailer was connected to my truck. It will also work when connected to “shore power” without the switch being pulled to the on position. Hope that helps.
