Default Entry Grab Handle

The grab handle at the entry door is made of some type of composite or plastic. It is veru dull looking and has spots on it that appear to be "mold like".

Has anyone been successful in cleaning this grab handle ? What ever I use seems to have no effect at all..... Thanks... Don

I use Tilex (bathroom mold cleaner). A good awning product would do the same thing (mold is usually the stubborn dirt on those, too).

Be careful with the Tilex...it will strip the wax right off the trailer's walls. I spray it on an old cloth and rub it into the handle...hose/rinse off with whatever is handy (garden hose, sprinkling can, etc.), you don't want to leave it on there to dry.

you might also want to try simple green. 2 parts simple green to 30 parts water should do the trick. I used it on my trailer after winter storage, works great. It also does a good job of removing black stains below the gutters.
