I finally decided to find out why there has been low water pressure/volume on the cold water side of the tub/shower.
I had looked underneath the tub but can't seen much.
I pulled out the 6 screws that hold the faucet extension to the wall. It was also held in place with butyl sealant so had to cut thru it with a knife or the whole shower surround would have pulled off.
As I suspected, once the extension and faucet came loose from the wall, the line (actually a reinforced plastic line like a plastic water feed line to a toilet) was kinked. The factory has about 24" to much water line to the hot and cold faucet so it's coiled and pushed in the wall space. When the faucet was connected and fastened to the wall, the line on the cold side kinked.
I made a outside shield for the kinked portion of the line, clamped it in place and carefully fed the excess line back into the wall space. I 'think' I got it in OK so the water flow should be normal ~ but won't know until I add water and flush out the antifreeze. That will be pretty soon.
Update: Couldn't wait so put water to the camper and flushed out the winter antifreeze.
SUCCESS! Water flow on hot and cold sides in the tub/shower are equal now.
