Default Fresh Water Holding Tank - Leak From Underbelly Pipe

I have a 2005 189FBR Fun Finder! We are fairly new to this camper and are still learning some ins and outs. As I was flushing out the tanks/pipes from winterization, we noticed that we are losing water from our holding tank. It is dripping very slowly from a pipe that come out the underbelly of the camper.

Before I try and fish around the tank, I was hoping someone could tell me the mechanics here...The fresh water tank is a pain in the neck to get to as it sits way back under the bed.

Is there some sort of pin or shut off valve that allows you to drain the tank from the bottom? I'm assuming so and hoping it's a simple repair.

Thanks!

The bottom of my fresh water tank has a petcock type valve to drain it.

It looks like this: https://www.ebay.com/itm/Petersen-Mo...V/133402766078

Default No Valve

I have no valve. It's literally some plastic tubing with foam insulation around it to hold it in place.

Everything under the xt276 is exposed 'cause no insulation or underbelly covering so easy access/view all systems.

I'm sure someone will be along soon that has a 189 to give you more specifics.

We have a different model but our drain valve was inside, down on the floor, next to the tank.
