Default FRP panel on front of 160

I'm trying to figure out this trailer. It's always interesting to try to figure out what and they why someone modified their camper.
I've watched a couple of youtube videos of a 2002 T-160 and I noticed that both of them had the same "wall paper" on the very front wall of their unit. Mine has FRP (the white plastic paneling with the bubbles). I originally thought that someone had replace the front panel. But in looking under the dinette it looks like it is original.
There is also FRP lining the entire bathroom.
Does anyone have FRP on the front? Any insite?
