Default Fuel tank

There is no fuel tank on a Fun Finder. There is a water tank...no fuel tank...a fuel tank is only on a unit that is drivable. You pull a Fun Finder.

There are also holding tanks for grey water and black water. Those are the only three tanks on the travel trailer.

Hopefully this information is helpful.

The fun finder xtra does offer a fueling station as an option on larger models. That option usually comes with a on board generator.

I wouldn't mind having that option but keep in mind it does come with added weight especially the fuel weight.

I'm sure cruiser could provide the specifications. I have not looked but it may be listed on their website.

This is a pretty funny thread.

Mine didn't come with the fuel station and I couldn't find the size of the tank online. It seems I remember them say 12 gallons though when I asked about it.

The fuel station is an option on the xt 276, 300 and 330 as indicated here toward the bottom of the options listing:

http://www.cruiserrv.com/products/fu...ds-and-options

However, I have been unable to find a listing of the fuel storage tank capacity. I'd suggest you contact Cruiser or a dealer.

We just picked up ours yesterday, and put ~16 gallons in there. Our problem is that the fuel level gauge isn't working, nor does the green light come on when we flip the switch. Unfortunately we didn't get a manual for the system. Anyone know where to find one, or who the manufacturer is?

I have not taken the trailer off the dealership lot yet so do you think it would be wise to bring 5 gallons of gas and put it in? Where is the gauge you refer to?

The gauge, controls and pump are located on the left side near the rear of the trailer. As it's always a good idea to make sure everything works before towing off the lot, yes, I would take some gas with me. We didn't and that's why we didn't notice the issue with the gauge until we were almost home. Living 1.5hrs from the dealer will make it rough to get it fixed if we have to take it back.

I'd call the dealership and if that doesn't get results, you can always contact Cruiser RV's direct.

I could be a simple fix like a defective fuse & if so, hardly worth driving several hours to/from the dealership.

We're going to try pumping some into a gas can tomorrow - haven't had time to try it out yet. If it's not working at all and all the fuses etc are OK, then we'll give the dealer a call.

I see we both enjoy the BMW brand motorcycle so I know that you don't run from maintenance. I will be commissioning the new trailer with my two engineer sons on the 22nd at the dealership each has been given a couple of systems to study before we go so I think the process that the dealer thought would take a couple of hours may be a all day affair please let us know what else you have found and I will add it to my list
