Default Fun Finder Guest House

Friend’s 2010 210 has been made in to permanent guesthouse. Installed split system ductless HVAC. Heating and cooling and amazing humidity control. Super efficient and quiet. Nearly silent. Real porcelain toilet. Hard plumbed to emacerator pump and septic system. Gray water permanent connection. Interior unit is in the bathroom so door mostly stays open. But, plans to use camper’s A/C ducts to distribute air better.

Yeah that split AC is nice beats the hell out of the roof mounted or window mounted AC for quietness.

Sorry about the sideways pics. Guess that happens sometimes when you upload from a smart phone. I am checking to see if replacing the roof AC unit with a split system is possible. They make a couple small 9000BTU units that are 120V and with a low draw my lithium batteries/solar panels could provide enough power to keep it running. Just have to find the right place to wall mount the inside unit and be confident it won't fall off the wall. As for the outside unit, I'm considering the front frame, behind the propane tank since my batteries are in the cubby.
