Default Fun Finder X VS Shadow Cruiser

Does anyone know the difference between Fun Finder X and Shadow Cruiser?
Is the suspension different? I am interested in the 189 fbr.
Thanks

I think they are basically the same suspension wise. The Funfinders tend to have slightly more 'upscale' interiors but otherwise I think they are same.

You could check with a dealer or maybe someone with experience will chime in.

I think the biggest difference you'll find for the comparable models in both lines is the Shadow Cruiser does not have the front window. I believe that the two are comparable except as LJAZ noted, the FF X Series tend to be a little more "upscale" in decor finish.

You will also find that FF X series has more in the way of ala carte "factory options" than the Shadow Cruiser line and when you get up into the bigger TTs in each series, the FF X line has other "upgraded standard" features, i.e., two 30lb LPG tanks vs. the Shadow's two 20's, etc.

We considered the 19 foot Shadow Cruiser last summer. I spent a good bit of time with the dealer talking about the differences. I'll do my best to recreated some of them:

1. Front Window. Lowers the cost and the weight. You will see a pattern here. Almost all the differences relate to those two.

2. non-Ducted AC. This makes the roof/ceiling less expensive.

3. Lower end mattress

4. Finishes: not as high end on the drawer pulls, lights, etc.

5. Something with the windows. Lower end? Lighter? I don't remember exactly.

Bottom line: the Shadow Cruiser was less money and less weight but still a very well built trailer compared to others that I have seen. You don't need to spend much time in another brand to appreciate the differences.

As Bronwyn says: My $0.02.

Thanks,
